Negative Atmosphere is a survival horror game set on a futuristic spaceship filled with monsters. The project is in development, and the new gameplay footage is eerily reminiscent of familiar gameplay.
After watching the new trailer, it's hard not to compare yourself to Dead Space. Negative Atmosphere looks like an indie version of the famous horror. First, it's a third-person view, with a camera over your shoulder. Secondly, the main character himself outwardly resembles Isaac. Thirdly, monsters will chase you through dark, gloomy and narrow corridors. In general, Negative Atmosphere looks like a self-sufficient, modified and “finished” project. The key detail of the Negative Atmosphere plot, which gives it emotional weight, is that all the monsters that the protagonist encounters are the victims of the epidemic, his former teammates.
The uniqueness of the gameplay is the medical education of the hero Samuel Edwards, which he will use to save injured teammates, influence enemies and somehow change himself. There is also a morality system that affects Samuel's mental state and how he reacts to events.
Negative Atmosphere doesn't have a release date, but the game can be added to your Steam wishlist right now.
The success of the title is quite expected.
New heroes, new challenges.
Deadpool's world is dying.
