Walkthrough Just Cause 3

Your first objective in Just Cause 3 is to protect the aircraft from surface-to-air missiles. With the rocket launcher in hand, locate the rocket batteries on the ground by looking at the white boxes and shoot them before they can oppose you. You have an unlimited amount of ammunition, but remember that it takes some time to reload.


In a few minutes, an enemy plane will appear. Don't worry about anything, as the story is about crashing you. Try to land as close to the cave as possible. When the parachute icon appears, deploy it and move towards the cave. Mario will be close to you and you will hear a signal for help. Move to his position and pick up the grenade launcher lying on the ground.

Use the grappling hook to climb up to the top of the cave. You must move towards the yellow marker. When you get to the top, help Mario deal with the enemies. Make Mario survive during the fight. Don't forget to take care of your health. After the next cut-scene, jump into the truck and drive to the side of the rebels. When you get to the military checkpoint, then drive straight through it, hiding from the opponents. As soon as you arrive at the target, then kill the enemies. Watch another short cut-scene and then jump into the helicopter and fly to the next objective on the map.


Land the helicopter on the rebel base or parachute down there, and then kill any red-clothed soldiers. Try not to hit the blue-robed soldiers, as they are on your side. You must keep them alive so that they help during the battle. Climb to the top of the tower, where the next target is located, and pick up a machine gun. Take a look at the dirt road that leads to the base, and destroy all the opponents who are not lucky enough to get into your field of vision. There are a few enemies that will come in from the flanks, but the main group will move in the center.

When you see an enemy helicopter flying, destroy it as quickly as possible. Keep shooting until another cutscene starts. Move to the next marker on the map to start the second story mission called Time to Improve.

Time to improve

Follow Dima's instructions and then meet her again using your own fighting methods on the way to your destination. After the next cut-scene, test your pushing skills by moving one of the barrels to the nearest fence. You can also link fuel canisters to each other to set off multiple explosions.


When you meet Dima again, you will receive a wingsuit. Fly down the cliff to learn new abilities and hover towards the bridge. Place two sets of GE-64s on the bridge, in the positions marked with the markers. Then move to the next marker above the bridge and wait for the enemy convoy to appear. When enemy vehicles are on the bridge, blow up the GE-64 to quickly destroy the convoy.

Get down from the cliff to the indicated place and crack two batteries. There will be enemies on the location, but you can avoid them if you want to save ammo. Or just destroy them all. After hacking both batteries, use them to destroy the helicopters that attack you. Talk to Dima and Mario again. Follow the new marker, where the mission of the main storyline will end. Two additional rescue operations will be available on the location, which you can complete right now.


According to the story, move to the new marker marked on the map.

Mario transfers

Move to the next checkpoint on the map to find the car that Mario told you about. Open the map and mark the garage, which will allow you to find it without problems. By bringing the vehicle to the garage, you keep it with you. So, drive the car to the garage and park in any blue circle to save it. Look in the adjacent box, select "Transfer" from the drop-down menu. Request vehicles, weapons, etc., then wait for Mario to deliver them to you. Before you can continue the walkthrough, you need to complete the liberation of Bayi. Once this is done, there will be a phone call from Sheldon. Move to the marker on the map to start the next mission - Terrible Reaction.


Terrible reaction

Your first task in this mission is to destroy three tanks. Use the parachute to jump down to the city, but keep a safe distance from it. Remember that using a rocket launcher, you can destroy tanks from a distance. This greatly simplifies the mission. Destroy all three tanks, and then make your way deep into the city, following to Mario. Stay in cover and kill the military. You must get to the edge of the roof to eliminate the enemies from below. But if you need to recuperate for a while, then just run back to the center of the roof.

Again, you must protect Mario. Enemies cannot kill him with one shot, but if his health is too low, you will need to act more aggressively, taking enemy fire on yourself and destroying opponents as soon as possible. If you need more weapons, then just jump to the ground and search the green boxes. After you kill a large number of enemies, reinforcements will arrive by parachute. When the escape path is blocked by the gate, pull it up to the top to clear the path. Move to the back of the truck and make sure the rebels get out of the city safely. With such friends

After the cutscene that starts this mission, talk to Mario and meet Dima. You've been assigned to find a contract. When the mission starts, move to the river to find Mario's friend near the boat. Untie the boat and pull it out into the water. Then you need to proceed to a place near Manaea. Use fast travel to this location to complete the mission. To start a new task "Conflict of Interest" go to the north of Manaea.

Conflict of interest

Get ashore and talk to Luch to start the mission. You are instructed to find a military base and determine the location of the scanner. Take the boat at the specified location and get ready for the battle in the village. Pay close attention to the laser beams coming from the sniper rifles. These opponents will immediately shoot you as soon as they direct the beam. You should not quickly run deep into the village, because there are many enemies here, and they can easily surround you. This will greatly complicate your task. Try to kill each group of enemies one-on-one, moving slowly and deliberately through the settlement.

Go to the shipping containers to find the scanner you need to get your hands on for the mission. Even without destroying all opponents, you can get a scanner without much hassle. If you're in a hurry, then climb to the top of the container and set the explosives. Step back and blow it up. Climb inside and find the scanner. When you have a scanner in your hands, then move to Sima Leon in the west. If you decide to move there through the sky, then you should fly at a low altitude, since there is quite a serious anti-aircraft defense in this place. When you get to your destination, go up to the grate, install the scanner and watch the cut-scene.

After the cut-scene, go down into the valley and pick up the scanner. Then talk to Sheldon at the Cafe Francesca in the south of Fortalessa. Deal with the enemies and chat with Sheldon in the city center. Give him the scanner to complete the mission. If you have enough liberated territory, then you can immediately talk to Sheldon again to start the story mission "Secret of Vis Electra".

Defector

Head down the street to Mario's left to find a conveniently located military vehicle. Throw out the guards and play some GTA. Pick up Mario and drive to the scientist's base of operations. Upon arrival, jump out and kill all of DiRavello's men. The scientist is grateful, but does not quite agree with the terms of his flight. Instead of discussing, put it in a helicopter and jump on the roof of a military truck.

Now you are required to protect both the helicopter and the truck until you reach your destination. DiRavello's men will be chasing you, so shoot the wheels or use the cable to get them out of the way. Don't be afraid to change your position between a truck or a helicopter. After a while, the helicopter and the truck will stop, because. ahead will be surface-to-air missile launchers. Eliminate the guards and hack the rocket launcher.

The next obstacle will be the tank. Either blow it up or capture it. If you try to steal a tank, make sure you don't get too far behind Mario and the scientist. Protect both in the small town and then disable the rocket launchers. Then drive up the hill to your destination. Eliminate the enemies when you arrive to trigger a cutscene that will end the mission.

Secret Vis Electra

Requirements: You must free a total of three provinces on Insula Font, the first island where you start playing. To liberate the province, you must liberate all the cities and destroy the bases in the red area on the map.

Vis Electra's electrical plant may have been blasted to pieces by Rico, but something useful remains. Meet Dima at the destroyed facility to start the mission. Dima believes that pipelines at the edge of the facility will lead to DiRavello. When you gain control of Rico, the pipes will light up with white arrows. Just follow the pipeline.

When you get to the place where the pipes go into the water, get ready to destroy the enemy boats. Land on Diravello's boats and plant explosives on them. Use the cat to get out and blow up those boats. Dive and swim to the large, circular door below. Dima will open the door, allowing you to swim inside.

Don't forget to come up to take a breath! Rico will be able to fly, but he can't hold his breath forever. Inside the base, all you have to do is blow up three command nodes. Shoot them to make them explode. When the last one explodes, head through the door on the right to get to the surface and complete the mission.

Rocket cowboy

Requirements: You must free Cima Leon: Centcom before starting this mission.

After freeing Cima Leon, get to the top of the tower to start the mission. In the beginning, there will be several cut-scenes showing how Dima and Rico are trying to take control of this region and stop the missiles. To do this, Rico must turn off the transmitter. When Rico returns to you, the transmitter will be marked on the HUD. Use the wingsuit and parachute to get to the place.

At the base where the transmitter is located, you can ignore enemies. Just head to the back of the building and find the transmitter terminal. Hack it open and watch it grow out of the ground. Climb up and plant some bombs. Get out of there and blow it up.

A cutscene will start shortly. DiRavello will try to take revenge. Rico must hurry to help the rebels in different locations, where things are the worst.

The first fight will be on the beach, where DiRavello's boats will bring armored vehicles ashore. Go to the beach and destroy three trucks. The fastest way is to use explosives and blow them up. After destroying the trucks, Rico will be waiting for the next fight, this time with tanks.

Either take a tank or blow them up with explosives. Be careful - the rebels will also use tanks to help you. Sometimes they shoot at tanks next to you, which will cause them to explode and damage you.

The last battle will be in the sky. It will be necessary to destroy military helicopters. Several options are possible. Try to get close to the helicopter and capture it, or just plant a bomb. There is also a turret on top of the tallest building in the area. When all helicopters are neutralized, Dima will arrive in a blue helicopter. Approach him to trigger a cutscene.

Accelerate towards the rocket, then open the parachute and aim at the rocket. Release the cat to cling to it. After that, Riko will sit on the rocket and turn it back. After the explosion, the first act will end.

Cows and wine

Can be started immediately after the Rocket Cowboy mission. Approach the cow and a fun cut-scene will begin, after which, together with Mario, get into a truck with 10 barrels of wine, all of which are not fixed. We need to take them to the holiday, as many as possible.

Watch out for crazy drivers and traffic accidents. Drive as slowly as possible. When you get there, the party will start and the mission will end.

connect the dots

Get in the helicopter and head towards the DiRavello ships. To close the distance, you need to move quickly, but when you are close enough, slow down. Nearby there will be 2 complexes with surface-to-air missiles next to the first warship. Destroy them with helicopter missiles. Then focus on the warship and sink it.

Then do the same with the second and third ships, but beware of the SAMs. Mario and Dima will call and ask to return. Fly towards them and destroy the base nearby with the help of helicopter missiles and minigun. Once the base is cleared, the rebels will need Rico's navigational skills. Land on the boat.

Dima supplied the boat with nitrous oxide and other improvements. Use them to maneuver through the sea minefield. There will be several enemy ships on the other side of the minefield. Don't worry about them. The NPCs will deal with them. Focus on the marker where Dima's contact is located.

Swim as close to shore as possible, then go looking for it. Finding them dead, Dima will say that there are others who are ready to help. Get back into the boat and swim to the next location, dodging mines and enemy ships. There will also be dead people. Swim to the next point.

As before, dodge the mines and DiRavello's men. This time the contacts are alive and well. Meet Annika and Theo. Unfortunately, the enemy caught up with you and is chasing Dima. Together with Annika and Theo, fight against the enemies.

During the battle, focus on the vehicles. Sink ships with explosives and try to steal a helicopter with a minigun. This helicopter is very good for clearing the area.

When all of DiRavello's men are dead, a cutscene will start. When everyone on the boat arrives at the nearby rebel base, the mission will end.

act of piracy

Take a plane nearby and fly towards the marker. Jump out of the plane and parachute into the tank escort. The key to breaking an impenetrable tank is to break between its shields. The shield recharges every few seconds. Land on a parachute just above the tank, and then, when the shields are off, pull yourself up to it with the help of a cat.

Once in the tank, activate the shield with L3/LS. It lasts 5 seconds, and the same cooldown. Having received serious damage, the tank will stop. Use the tank and its cannon against DiRavello's men. Watch out for explosives in the tunnel.

Follow the road, eliminating enemies along the way to the right place, where the mission will end.

Company of three

Take a nearby helicopter or use a wingsuit to get to the right place. Climb the tower and grab the sniper rifle to trigger a cutscene with Annika and Theo.

When DiRavello arrives, use the sniper rifle to destroy the vehicles. Shoot at tires, blow up gas tanks and kill drivers with headshots. In total, you have 16 rounds for a sniper rifle. To get more, go to the box where you took the rifle. When all enemies are destroyed, head to the next point.

In this part, Annika and Theo sneak into the refinery. Cover them as they move through the base. Pay attention to the barrels, shooting at them you can kill several enemies at once with one shot. Also, keep an eye on Annika and Theo's health.

Cover them all the time until they get to the helicopter. When they get into it, they will fly to Riko. Use the cat to climb inside and fly with them as a sniper. Protect the helicopter from boats, helicopters and soldiers on the ground. As before, aim at drivers and anything that can explode to cause as much damage as possible in less time. When the last enemy falls, the mission will be completed.

Long and dangerous road

Head to the starting point of the mission and get into one of the three cars. Riding a truck is the easiest way to keep up.

After a short period of time, there will be the first stop, where there will be a cut-scene in which heavily armored soldiers have prepared an ambush for the trucks. DiRavello knew the rebels were coming with an EMP. Deal with the soldiers and get ready for more dangerous opponents.

The next ambush will be near the ruins on the left side. With the help of a cat, get to the enemies and quickly deal with them. A helicopter will appear. It's better to capture him, not blow him up - so you can use his minigun to quickly deal with enemies.

Follow the caravan through the tunnel either by truck or by helicopter (he can fly there) and deal with the pursuing military trucks and motorcycles. On the other side there will be a gate that will slam shut as soon as you drive up. Use the cat to quickly get to them and pick them up. This will allow the caravan to continue on its way and minimize the damage that Annika, Theo and EMP will cause.

After the gate and bridge, deal with the enemies at the next location where the road will be blocked. Some will be in the ruins nearby while some will be parachuting down. Don't forget to keep an eye on the three health bars and react in time when someone needs help.

The next part of the task is a long car chase with military trucks, motorcycles and a tank. For smaller cars, shoot at the wheels, against the tank, use the GE-64.

After you pass the next bridge, helicopters will start chasing you. Try or hit them on the ground or with each other to quickly deal with them. The caravan will enter a series of tunnels. Destroy the suddenly appeared helicopter, and then there will be the last section of the road with a super tank.

Deal with the snipers first. It will be easier if you use a cat to pull up to one of them, take a rifle and kill the rest. When the location is cleared, the EMP will get to the right place. Press the switch and blow up the super tanks to complete the mission.

leave the ship

This mission is a wave of enemies attacking the base. Destroy all waves to complete the mission. Stationary miniguns placed around the base will help you with this. They can also be detached from the support.

The base will be attacked by helicopters, trucks and boats. Sink boats with the GE-64, neutralize or capture helicopters with the GE-64, and blow up trucks with the miniguns.

Trucks will arrive to the right of the EMP, while boats and helicopters will arrive from the water side. Pay attention to what Mario and Dima say when they name enemies.

Don't miss when Dima talks about using EMP. Twice per battle, DiRavello's soldiers will surround Rico. These will be just those moments when EMP can be used.

This fight may seem long. The key to survival here is active movement. If you panic or need to replenish your health, jump into the water and dive. Swim underwater until health is restored. If you have a sniper rifle, climb onto the crashed ship - it's easy to eliminate vehicles and infantry from there. After using the EMP for the second time, the mission will begin to come to an end. Annika and Theo will return after seeing Rico single-handedly deal with the enemies.

electromagnetic pulse

Requirements: You must liberate a total of three provinces on Insula Dragon, the game's second island. To liberate the province, you must liberate all the cities and destroy the bases in the red area on the map.

Meet Dima and start your journey along the pipeline. Tack between the rocks until you get to the pond. Sink the boats and kill the guards.

Dive and swim underwater towards the outside of the object. Try to use the controls to open the main gate. When that doesn't work, use Riko's explosive potential. Turn right into the tunnel. Jump and swim into the generator room. Once inside, destroy the generators with a lot of bullets, just beware of the guards. If you need shelter, then the columns are perfect for this.

When the three generators explode, you will need to get out. Above the tunnel through which you got here, there will be another one that will lead you outside. Follow the tunnel to complete the mission.

Tangled up in blue

Requirements: You must free Korda Dragon: Centcom before starting this mission.

From the starting point of the mission, get to the runway. There will be a helicopter nearby, where you can quickly fly there. Upon arrival, it will be necessary to protect the rebel aircraft as it prepares to take off. Kill DiRavello's men who will arrive in trucks. When the plane takes off, why not steal a fighter jet? Get on the plane and fly to the next marker.

The next task is to deliver the boat to a special beach. Jump off the plane and land on the boat. Take control of her and sail to your destination. The boat has a gun that is suitable for sinking enemy ships. There will also be rebel boats to help fight DiRavello's men. Leave the boat on the shore and follow to the next point.

Go to the base that Dima pointed to. You need to destroy the three generators inside in order for DiRavello to get out of this area. Swim to the gate, it will open automatically. Make your way inside and go to the marker with the cooling generator. Blow it up with the GE-64.

This will open up a tunnel that leads to the heart of the base. Dive into the water to get inside. It will take a long time to swim, so surface as soon as possible to get some air. Inside there will be three panels marked with markers. Ignoring the guards, get close to each of them to open the generators. They are next to the panels. Blow them up with explosives and head to the next panel.

Once the three generators have been blown up, head into the tunnel in the ceiling to leave the base. After the cutscene, the mission will end.

Rico and Rose

When the mission starts, jump out of the plane and fly towards the marker in the sky. This is where you will meet Rosa's plane. After the cut-scene, you need to get to Rosa's plane as quickly as possible. She will be about 1.5 km away from you.

When you get close, enemy planes will fly in and try to attack Rosa. Use homing missiles to destroy them. When you are close to Rosa's plane, perform a trick by pressing the [X/A] key. This will help keep the plane at maximum speed, and Rico will land on the roof.

Get inside the plane to prevent it from falling. Fly to the new rebel base that will be indicated. To land slowly go down, avoid explosives. When you are on the ground, watch the cut-scene after which the mission will end.

Derailment

Hook to the bottom of Theo's helicopter. When Theo is over the tracks, he will tell you when the train will arrive. Get down and follow to the end of the train.

Shoot one soldier to clear the train. It can be found in the middle. When the train leaves the tunnel, helicopters will start attacking it. Use the ziplines to knock helicopters to the ground or push them into each other. This will clear the sky fairly quickly, while keeping Rico on the train.

After the first wave of helicopters is destroyed, the train will enter the second tunnel. Go to the back of the train. Another train will appear, which is on the verge of ruining your plans. Either hack the terminal illuminated by the marker, or disconnect the back of the train by shooting the clutch so the rest of the train doesn't get hurt.

Heading back outside, more helicopters will appear. Use the same technique as before and destroy them. After a short period of time, the train of interest to us will appear. Move to the desired train and place the entire GE-64 at the front of the train and 1 or 2 more on the clutch between the cars. Parachute down and blow up the train to complete the mission.

great escape

This mission is divided into three parts. Essentially, there will be three waves in separate areas of the prison. You need to find two switches, activate them, then blow up the terminal to gain access to the next room. While hunting for switches, DiRavello's men will attack you with full force.

The best strategy is not to stop in one place. These guards can easily bypass you and, and then you will have a hard time. Constantly move and try to climb higher to gain an advantage.

In the first room, the switches will be on the right and left, activate them and then hack the computer that will be at the back of the room.

In the second room, one switch will be in the middle, and the second on the left. Beware of snipers and heavily armored men. The terminal will be in the back of the room.

There are generators in the third room. Use the sniper rifle from the second room to take out as many enemies as possible, and there will be a lot of them here. Climb the tower in the center of the room and find the first switch and rocket launcher.

Blow up the generator on the left with the rocket, as well as the soldiers with it. Second switch on the right. Activate it and blow up the second generator. Drop the rocket launcher and take the sniper rifle. She'll be needed for the final battle.

Make your way outside through the tunnel in the ceiling to help Annika, Theo and the smugglers fight for their freedom. Kill the snipers in the two towers and then deal with the enemies on the ground to return the freedom to the smugglers and complete the mission.

Bayern by plane

Meet Sheldon on the mountain near the airstrip. Drive your car down the mountain and then onto the airstrip. Interfere with enemy cars and get on the plane on your own. Once on board, Sheldon and Dima will go to the nose of the plane. Kill two guards and go outside the plane.

Once on top of the plane, pay attention to the approaching fighters. With the help of a cat, move to the nearest one and take control. Slow down and stay behind the cargo plane. Now blow up the DiRavello fighter jets with the homing missiles. When the last of them is destroyed, Dima will need you to return back.

Press [X/A] to enter stunt mode and climb to the top of the fighter. Use the cat to move to the cargo plane in the cargo hold. Get on a truck filled with Bavaria bombs and drive outside. When the truck is in the water, the mission will be completed after another cut-scene.

Watcher on the wall

This mission features waves of enemies. While the waves are short and there are few enemies, be prepared for a large number of helicopters to appear. You need to not only fight waves of DiRavello's men, but also protect two containers. Keep an eye on their health bar so you don't miss any of the enemies.

The first wave is foot soldiers with a tank. If you steal a tank, it will help you in the battle with helicopters. Other options are cannons on the wall (will be marked with markers) or use cables to bring down helicopters or push them into each other.

In the fourth wave there will be fighters. Use the cannons on the wall to shoot them down. After that, more soldiers will arrive. Use explosive barrels, grenades or GE-64 to destroy them quickly. Head back to the wall to trigger a cutscene.

Zeno, DiRavello's scientist spy, will try to escape by helicopter. Rico will be given a motorcycle at the end of the cutscene. Ride along the wall to catch up with Zeno's helicopter. Drive a little further than it, drop the motorcycle and use the cat to get on the helicopter. Start it full with GE-64, go back to the wall and blow up Zeno to complete the mission.

Bavaria haze

Requirement: You need to free all three provinces of Insula Striate, the third island in the game. To liberate the province, you need to clear all the cities and destroy all the bases within the red area on the map.

Just like in the Secret Vis Electra and Electromagnetic Pulse missions, you must follow the pipeline to the secret base and destroy the generators inside. Climb up the hill along the pipeline. When the pipeline ends, there will be a huge round door in the ground. Land on it for Dima to open it for you.

Get down below and start killing the guards. Activate the gate control panels marked with markers. On the other side of the gate there will be several guards, one of which will be with a minigun. Use grenades to deal with them. Then take the minigun and destroy the generators.

When the three generators are destroyed, dive into the water nearby. Swim to the door and Dima will open it. Swim outside and the mission will be completed.

Destroyer of Worlds

Requirements: You must free Falco Maxime: Centcom before starting this mission.

The first battle is a cover for the rebel escort. There will be six snipers along the route. Take out all snipers to win the battle. Kill one and take his sniper rifle if you don't have one and quickly take out the rest.

The second fight will be about 1.45 km from the first. Go to the indicated point to destroy DiRavello's tanks. Surface-to-air rocket launchers will be highlighted on the battlefield. Hack them so that the rebels can help you with aircraft. During the hack, beware of the fire of enemy tanks.

After destroying the tanks, sit in a fighter nearby (stands between billboards). Fly over the nearby island to start the next battle. Use homing missiles to destroy the DiRavello fighters. When they are done with, fly to Falco Maxime's command tower to complete the mission.

Son of the Medici

Prepare before the mission. If you do not have a beacon for the rebel drop, you can find one next to Annika. Take this opportunity to properly arm yourself. Choose the primary and secondary weapons you prefer. However, it will be the special weapon that will be the main one. To effectively combat DiRavello, you will need a rocket launcher. When you're ready, throw yourself into the volcano and come face to face with DiRavello.

Diravello will be in a Bayern-protected helicopter. After a short cut-scene, the fight will begin. The key to success will be to dodge DiRavello's attacks while his shield is active. It only fails for a short period of time. Use this moment to launch rockets into the helicopter. It is better to dodge by moving with the help of a cat.

The game will end with an interactive cut-scene. Watch DiRavello fight for his life and pull the trigger whenever you want.
