Robert Pattinson Shares Villain Ideas for 'Batman' Sequel

Robert Pattinson already has his list of Batman 2 villains... if the movie is ever made
Robert Pattinson Shares Villain Ideas for 'Batman' Sequel

Speaking to Den of Geek, Pattinson shared his expectations regarding villains for Matt Reeves' Batman sequel.

I'd like to do something like the Court of Owls. There are elements of horror in The Batman, I suppose it will be something new for the film.

Pattinson also mentions Calendar Man, a villain best known for his appearances in The Long Halloween graphic novel and Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham. According to him, he looks like another potential villain that his young Dark Knight will fight.

However, the appearance of the Court of Owls is much more likely, which will definitely fit into the vision of director Matt Reeves, representing his take on the gothic Gotham.

The Court of Owls first appeared in Batman #3 back in 2011. The comic was created by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. The Court of Owls was a secret society that ruled Gotham for centuries. It is also set to appear in Rocksteady's upcoming Gotham Knights game.

There is no information yet on whether a sequel to Matt Reeves' Batman will be made, but we can definitely say that the picture will have to surpass the original. The original is three hours long. This is the longest Batman film to date.
