Insider Tom Henderson reports that Sledgehammer Games has already started developing a new part of the Call of Duty series. True, so far even the developers themselves have no idea what kind of game the output will be - the concept has not yet been thought out.
Of course, the authors of Vanguard still have enough time to work everything out, because the project was not planned for release until the end of this year. One of Henderson's sources claims that the release of the new Call of Duty is scheduled for 2025, although Activision planned to release it a year earlier.
Note that the change in the development strategy of the franchise occurred against the background of the extremely disastrous last part of the series. EA faced similar problems with its Battlefield 2042 shooter.
The success of the title is quite expected.
New heroes, new challenges.
Deadpool's world is dying.
