The trends of the last decade have been such that NetherRealm has dealt with the Mortal Kombat and Injustice franchises alternately, releasing first a new MK title, then Injustice, and so on. The studio's latest game is Mortal Kombat 11 , and it was only logical to expect Injustice 3 to arrive, but according to Jeff Grubb, priorities have changed.
Popular journalist and blogger Jeff Grubb released another podcast in which he said that the next NetherRealm fighting game is Mortal Kombat 12.
Of course, all this is from the category of rumors, but Jeff confirmed his words with the presence of valid licenses from Warner Bros. DC Heroes cost the publisher a lot more.
The information was also confirmed by another reliable source.
The samurai action game couldn't beat out only Helldivers 2 and God of War.
So far, both games are in the early stages of development.
The success of the title is quite expected.
