Crystal Dynamics and Eidos-Montreal have announced they have secured rights to several iconic franchises. Crystal Dynamics will develop Tomb Raider and Legacy of Kain. Studio Eidos-Montreal will develop Deus Ex and Thief. The information was confirmed by the official websites of these studios.

By the way, all that is known about these franchises is that the development of the new Tomb Raider is being carried out on the Unreal Engine 5 engine.
