Electronic Arts has officially announced the release date for the remake of the cult space horror Dead Space. The announcement took place during a broadcast dedicated to the art component of the project, which will be available to everyone on January 23, 2023.
At the same time, the publisher said that the new Dead Space will be released only on PC and current generation consoles, PS4 and Xbox One will not receive their versions. The project is being developed on the upgraded Frostbite engine, which is also used in the Battlefield series.
As for the remake concept, in it we will see an already familiar game in a new picture. The authors promise not to touch the plot, preserving the spirit of the original.
