The GPS tracker can be found on a life raft in the water. You can swim up to it and get on the raft. It has several items on it, including a gun and a GPS tracker . The place is easy to find as it is one of the highlighted areas in the water.
When you go to this place, you will encounter several cannibals and, most likely, a shark. First, while inside the cave, head to the right to pick up the stun gun that hangs next to the body in the red-lit cave. The red light comes from a bunker that you can't get through. If you took the stun gun, return to where you came from and follow along the right side of the cave. In the end, you will find scuba gear and a shark in the water. Don't worry about the shark, just swim underwater to find a hole you can swim through.

The cable launcher can be found in the north at the helicopter crash site, on the beach. The first cave you see is next to two tents with a small pool in front of it.
A modern ax can be found between the three purple dots on the phone. Closer to the one at the snowy location (see screenshot). The ax is located in the body in several tents. There may be cannibals nearby. The modern ax is heavier and deals more damage, but is slower.
The flashlight can be found between the three trackers marked on the map - near the one closest to the cave. Look for a man hanging from the edge of a cliff. Cut the rope from above, go down and take a flashlight .
