Head to the location marked in the screenshot above. Pay attention to geodetic equipment and golf maps. Examine the dirt between them to find a point to interact with the shovel. Grab a shovel and start digging to find a square hatch marked Maintenance A. Once you've removed most of the dirt from the surface, you can open it and head down the stairs inside.
You should find yourself in a long, dimly lit corridor. Keep walking until you reach an open door on your right. Among the seemingly extravagant furniture, you'll find a desk against the back wall and a 3D printer. The orange keycard belonging to Carl Planter lies on top of the magazine.
Look for a narrow cave entrance next to a golf cart in an open patch of woods. Once inside, start your descent?Climb and follow the cave tunnel until you reach a square hatch in the floor. Go down the stairs and turn right. There will be a doorway in front of you, but ignore it for now and look for another door with a blue panel on the right, at the far end of the kitchen area. To open it, you need a brown key card.
Go through several rooms with hydroponic equipment until you reach a dark corridor. Follow it to the left and down the stairs to get into the water. Go through a few more flooded rooms and before you exit the water, find an open door on the left side of the corridor. Enter it and follow through other water-filled corridors until you reach the Security Observation Room. The yellow card of Virginia Puffton lies on the table in front of you.
Look for another narrow cave entrance at the spot marked in the above screenshot. Go inside and follow the tunnel until you reach a corridor with a room at the very end. There is a bed and a 3D printer here, but you need to go down the hallway to the left, towards a bright light. You will need the VIP Card found above to open the double door in the illuminated hallway. Once inside, go throughgym and then through a dim orange room full of saunas until you reach a room with double stairs. Go upstairs and look for a bar with a nightclub behind the pool room. There will be a small room with corpses and Arnold Krand's purple key card lying on a round glass table.
The success of the title is quite expected.
