Let's list everything: 1. There is a western office on the first floor. Inside you will find Leon's desk with two locks. Open it by entering the codes NED and MRG on the left and right respectively. Here is an upgrade for Leon's Matilda and Claire's revolver. 2. There is a shooting range in parking lot B1. Go there and pick up the yellow box. There is a car key inside. Find a car in the parking lot, use the key (examine and press the button) to open the trunk (the desired car will glow). Here is an upgrade for Leon's Matilda or Claire's exclusive weapon. 3. There is a safe in the waiting room on the second floor. Open it (6 left, 2 right and 11 left) to find a better one??ie for Leon's Matilda or Claire's pistol. 4. Behind the police station you will find a weapon shop, inside of which there is an upgrade for Leon's shotgun. 5. There is a sewage treatment pool in the sewer, and on its right side there is a safe on the table. Turn 2 left, 12 right, and 8 left to open and collect Leon's Shotgun Upgrade or Kare's Revolver. 6. In the underground complex under the police station, if you go down the stairs to the very bottom, you can find a glass showcase. You will unlock it with a STARS token (not a story item). Inside is an upgrade for Leon's Thunderhawk or Claire's submachine gun. 7. There is a STARS office on the second floor First, develop the film found in the sewers on the upper level (where you found the boat for the puzzle, in the workers' break room) by visiting the darkroom. Examine the photo to learn about the cache in the office, then remove the item from the table on which the battery for the detonator was found. Inside is an upgrade for Leon's Thunderhawk or Claire's submachine gun. 8. In the laboratory rest room, you need to apply the signal modulator to the panel and restore electricity, after which, on one of the beds on the right, find an improvement for Leon's flamethrower or Claire's sparkler. 9. In the elevator control room B1 there is a locker with Claire's grenade launcher upgrade.
