There are a total of 7 weapon attachments or upgrades in Resident Evil 4 Remake, and here's how to get each of them:

1. Biosensor sight . In chapter 13, in the incubation lab. You can get here by using a level 2 card on the door in the hallway south of the freezer.
2. Ordinary sight . Can be bought from a merchant for 4,000 pesos.
3. Laser sight . Can be bought from a merchant for 10 spinels.
4. Powerful aim . Can be bought from a merchant for 7 spinels.
5. Handle for TMP . Can be bought from a merchant for 8 spinels.
6. Handle for Red9 . Can be bought from a merchant for 9 spinels.
7. Handle for Matilda . Can be bought from a merchant for 12 spinels.
