Hexagonal slabs for the altar on the lake Resident Evil 4 Remake

When you get to the merchant in the third chapter inside the docks, there will be an elevator to the right of him leading to the shooting range. Opposite the merchant there is a door. If you exit through it, you will find a pier with a motor boat. Go down closer to the boat and find an altar nearby that requires three hexagonal slabs (the rest are already installed).

Here is the location of the three remaining emblems on the lake:

1. Look for the first hexagonal emblem in the chest opposite the merchant before entering the lake, where you will later use the boat.
2. In the place where you are moving through the swamp in search of a canister of fuel, go under these wooden bridges to the north. Hidden here is a blue medallion and a chest with another hexagonal emblem.
3. When you find the blasphemer's head by solving another puzzle in the northeast of the map, look for a nearby case or chest with the third emblem.
