When you're ready, go to the gate that was raised when you first visited the farm. There is a purple light behind the bars to the right. A merchant has appeared there, whose services you can use right now. Cross the bridge and watch the cut-scene.

The stranger and Leon will hide Ashley, after which they will have to fight off a prolonged attack by local residents. Use cabinets and boards to block the way for enemies. But keep in mind that sooner or later they will get into the building. After 4-5 minutes, a cut-scene will start. The main thing for you is to survive . The chapter will end.
